This website doesn’t ask you to create an account and doesn’t store anything you type into the quote builder. That form simply opens WhatsApp or your messages app with a message written for you. Nothing is sent until you press send there.

In the shop

When you sell precious metals or second-hand goods, NSW law requires us to verify your identity and keep a record of the transaction, including details from your photo ID and a description of the items. These records are kept securely for the period the law requires and are only disclosed to NSW Police or other authorities where the law requires it.

Messages

If you message us on WhatsApp, SMS or by phone, we use your details only to reply to you and to deal with your enquiry. We don’t sell or share your contact details for marketing.

This website

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like most websites, standard request logs may be kept by the host for security. We count how often the call, WhatsApp and directions buttons are used so we know what’s helpful; this count is anonymous and uses no cookies. The map uses OpenStreetMap data served by OpenFreeMap, and reviewer photos load from Google. Live metal prices come from public market data services; no personal information is sent to them.
